Here's a very scarce Ginori marked porcelain handled mini jug nearly 100 years old that held Dark Chocolate Liquor made by Vigo & Doccioli Distillery of Livorno, Italy.

Long neck jug with applied handle.....flared out hollow lip with pour spout.....ceramic porcelain....round with ring of beads on shoulder....brown top half/ white cream colored bottom.....only 4 5/8"tall....Excellent shiny mint condition with no chips or damage of any kind. A sparkling clean little jug with no stain. Finest possible example of this rare Ginori mini jug! This Ginori porcelain jug was made at the famous Doccia porcelain works in Doccia, Italy for Vigor & Doccioli Distillery of Livorno, Italy. The jug contained Dark Chocolate Liqueur. I am guessing it was made in 1925 since the number 25 is printed twice on bottom. However, it could be older because I found the Vigor & Doccioli Distillery listed in 1899. The Ginori porcelain works was started in 1735 by Carlo Ginori and continued by his sons. This is a very scarce little jug...I've never seen another one!
