3/4" rubber grip area, short 4-1/4" retainer plate for mounting in restricted places. Surface mount design, 1/4" Dia. bail stops at 90 degrees.  Bail springs back into flat position. For use with medium to heavy cases, luggage, etc.  Can be screwed-on, Pop-riveted or Bolted.
