THIS LOVELY SNOW WHITE MOTHER OF PEARL BUTTON HAS A FRETWORK/FINE PIERCE CARVED BORDER AROUND A FACETED 5-POINT STAR CARVED IN RELIEF IN THE CENTER AND IT HAS A DELICATE SHAPE TO THE RIM-IT MEASURES A HAIR OVER 7/8" IN DIAMETER AND JUDGING FROM THE GILT BRASS LOOP AND PLATE SHANK IN BACK I THINK IT IS FROM THE 1930'S OR 40'S PERIOD-IT IS IN EXCELLENT/UNUSED CONDITION AND SIMPLY STUNNING
