This is a Flat Glass Top Display Case - Made in the USA - 12.25" X 8.25" X .750 Overall.  Glass Top Display Case for Collectibles like knives, straight razors, fountain pens; pocket watches, etc...many many uses.  The case is Made in the USA.  The case is not new but appears to have been used gently and not that often, with no damage anywhere (see photos)

1.  12-1/4" long; 9-1/4" wide; 3/4" tall
2.  Real glass lid with no visible damage
3.  Inner cushion - Foam covered with linen like material; clean; and undamaged - not original to the case
4.  Vinyl leather look over cardboard construction
5.  No latch or hinges; top lifts off.
This case will display many different kinds of collectibles like high quality writing instruments, or pocket watches, or a great deal of other collectibles you might choose.  The box is almost like new/old stock, it shows very little wear.
