RETURNS
In any and all cases: If you are in possession of the items, and for any reason decide to return them on your own: Please
contact us first and foremost. As we will need to look at all aspects of the situation and maybe we can help you find a way around a return, or help you to do it correctly. However, if you decide to return them on your own, then WE must first contact Gold Medal with a Report and provide you with an RMA number or like information given to us directly by Gold Medal Products Company. Because if you make a return on your own to them without telling us, or without an official RMA #, or you address the packages incorrectly, or any other possibly incorrect scenario, they might very well Refuse the returned items, or even throw them away. If they refuse your return, the carrier you used will likely deliver them back to you. And you would just be out the shipping fees you paid. But if they throw the items away due to you not following proper return directions, well.. you get the idea, they would simply be gone.
If they accept a proper return through us or you, and decide to refund us, then you will receive a refund for the products only, minus the original shipping fees, if applicable: So in all customer service cases regardless of the subject or
