These quality Pearl Buttons are a beautiful hue of Laurel Green. There are 4, shank mount, buttons on the card. The Card says, “Superior Quality ~ Chic”. At the bottom it says, “Made in Occupied Japan”. The light green hue is remarkably rare for Pearl Buttons. ⅜ Inch in Diameter with a drilled shank mounting hole. Perfect Condition.
Occupied Japan was a small sliver of time after WW II.
Between 1945 and 1952, under MacArthur's command, all Japan factories were instructed to print "Occupied Japan" or "Made in Occupied Japan" on their products
. Anything marked “Occupied Japan” is highly desirable and in demand by collectors. The quality of items made in Japan then were
extraordinary.
This card is 3 ½ inches high by 2 ½ inches wide. The unique color of these buttons is scarce, especially in a Pearl button. We wrap it carefully and mail it First Class Mail.
