TRUE VINTAGE USA Made Peter Powell SKY STUNTER Stunt Kite, 1 Handle Inc., new?

Okay. Here's the scoop. I got this at a garage sale. The guy who sold it to me said his uncle brought over a bunch of stuff and left. That's the extent of information I was able to get about it's history. From the looks of it, considering the kite is in GREAT shape and the tail was wrapped/rolled up PERFECTLY, I would say that the kite is unflown. I really can't be 100% sure, but if I had to say yes or no, I would say no.
This is a genuine Peter Powell kite. It was made in the USA, NOT in the UK. This is a 3" polyethylene sail. There is an additional wood rod included that was in the bag, but I"m not sure if it's original - there are no assembly photos on the paper sheet.
Please note that some of the original tape around the joints is LONG dried out. You'll need to clean/replace. The original sticker has fallen off as well.
