This is a great 80s Sectaurs Warrior of Symbion kite by Spectra Star Kites.  The kite is a 42” Delta Wing kite with Keel Controlled.  It dates back to 1985 and is sealed in the original packaging and was never assembled or used.  The condition is unused, new in package.   Let me know if you have any questions.
