Vintage 60s 70s NOS Hi Flier Spinwinder Kite Reel Winder String Spool Unused New

Up for your consideration is a vintage Hi-Flier Spinwinder kite string reel. I'm not sure of the exact age of this, but my best guess is 1960s or 1970s. Again, that is just a guess. This was found tucked away in a hardware/outdoor store that has been closed for decades! This hasn't seen the light of day in Y-E-A-R-S! This has never been used and is still on the original display card! I have included a photo of it next to a ruler so you can reference the size.
Please understand, that although this is unused/new old stock, there is wear to the packaging from decades of storage. To be expected, this has accumulated dust. The cardboard packaging has creases, discoloring, fading, etc. If any of this is unacceptable to you, please do NOT purchase this. Please review the photos/listing carefully before purchasing.
