    Description

    Rare! The jug has no chips. It is about 8 inches tall. Made by James M. Shaw and Co., New York, NY.
    Marked "1900". Cork is stuck down inside. Probably for whisky originally, looks like it may have been used as a candle holder.
    The Arkwright Club was on Broadway in New York City starting in 1893. Richard Arkwright was a well-known inventor and entrepreneur in the 1700's in England. The Arkwright Club has a great history.
