Carved Etched Incised Smokey Gray Shell Buttons Lot of 3
2 smokey gray abalone shell carved buttons
the third carved button has an iridescent bronze look on the front with fantastic carving, but it is unclear what the button is made of. The top looks like shell, but the underside looks a bit different. perhaps horn or wood. there are organic looking layers and some chips on the backside. We are not sure what this button is made of. please view photos carefully.
there is a small chip on the face of the button that has a triangle.
