VTG Snow Cone Maker Orange! Tiger Corporation Ice Veggie Shaver Kyoro Chan Eyes.
This Tiger Corporation Ice and Veggie Grinder Kyoro Chan Orange Bear is the Japanese model.
There is a dial on top near the handle to select either ice or vegetable selection. Put the ice in, tighten the hat, put it into the bears head from the top hold it down firmly and start grinding and watch the eyes move back and forth, it is fantastic and funny to watch. There is no box or paperwork. If you get a chance check out the youtube video. You have to wind back the grinder to the top position when you fill it with ice so that you can grind it down again. This is a used piece but it is in good shape. Tested and working. Eyes move when you grind it!
Perfect for a dessert at the beach, the park, or wherever power is not available. Just take some of your ice from the cooler, clean of course, pop it in the snow cone maker and add a little bit of shaved ice syrup. Voila, instant dessert!
A few marks which I have photographed. Also the metal handle has a bit of tarnish.  It measures 12.5” tall x 7.5” across at its’ widest.
