1980's  - Wade Pusser's Decanters.  Measure 3 1/2 inches high.  Miniature Decanters.
Both are missing their tops/stoppers.
Each has a picture of Admiral Lord Nelson - Rule Britannia - Britons Never Shall be Slaves
Bottles Made in Stafford shire, England  - One is stamped the other is not.
