Stolen car chased by police strikes another car and flips over near Destiny USA

Syracuse, N.Y. — A stolen car being chased by police struck another car and flipped onto its side Friday evening near an entrance to the Destiny USA mall in Syracuse.
Syracuse police said officers observed a stolen vehicle near the mall about 6:15 p.m. The car immediately fled, and the city officers did not pursue it, police said.
